Should I Invest Points In Energy Harvest?

So currently my energy harvest is 1/15 without my ring, and with ring it is 6/15, which steals me 46 energy from enemies

Im Lvl 60 Hybrid

World--> Rhiannon/Crom/Herne/Lugh
Lvl--> 112(Full Meteoric)101(Full Astral)86(Full Warden)87(Full Warden)63(unfathomable)93(Full Warden)80(Full Warden)

No

If u look at the amount u need u see that it is pretty worthless, a lvl 6 skill that give not even 50 energy, you can better use dilute/minor energy potion for such amounts
