I recently started playing again and thought the level req for obtaining the storms touch quest was 45. Did this change? I reached 45 but was unable to get any quests from the Druid located in castle. Did the quest line change? If so, how can I obtain storms touch.

I believe you receive the quest in Stonevale, from a Druid at the farm.
