I thought it was just me but HW seems to not be working for me also

One more time my druid built go to hell
How can we report about it?
Or how can we know if HW will be the same again Or we should forguet it
They are doing a good job I have spend 3 Books for reset my skills in one week
No more playing solo for druids Harder to be a dps druid
They should change our names in patch We are no DRUIDS we are HEALERS

I am also experiencing this.

Please fix this. Howling wind made hybrid and dps druid an option. I really enjoy playing hybrid druid and I do not consider roots to be an alternative cast for soloing simply because it isn't of great use against ranged attack mobs(firbolg bow masters for example) and you can not also utilise storm touch due to proximity needed for the cast.

Before the update it was fun to kill mobs a couple of levels above me(even if it was slower than high dps classes) because it was rewarding and took strategy. It was fun having to be prepared for potential evades and the balance of evades was good enough to be challenging but not frustrating.

Now we have an integral skill(integral to my build anyway) which is actually useless.

Also this is not a defence stat issue as I watched a ranger benefit little from my 42/35 howling wind.

Something has to be up and it would be great to have some reassurances from admin that this would be looked into and resolved as it simply isn't working at the moment.

Well to add to this argument! I got hit by a level 60 bear today! Really its sad excuse from what it was! 33/30 points wasted lol

Any thoughts on this one?

Level 133 on mabon, my howling wind was 38/30.
Dodged 90% of the level 170s auto attacks.

Since patch, level 133 Howling wind level 38/30
Dodged 35% of the level 135 auto attacks.

Without Howling wind I dodge 17%

The skill is doing something... But barely.

I think they've given mobs a steroid boost last patch, one of the guys solo lvling is now potting same mobs he previously wasnt on. Maybe thats altered Howling Winds effect, similar to how taunt had become less effective over time when dps damage was increased.

Howling wind at 35/37 woks fine for me

Yesterday I ran a hw test on a glimmerwing faerie.

With howling wind cast I avoided one attack and used only my totem to kill to see if this improved overtime.

The skill for me at least is completely broken/bugged.

Please resolve this.

Howling wind works fine for me, i was solo lvling all day today and managed to get 2.5bars on average per elix with the help of howling wing. I have 405 defence and howling wind at 34/30 reducing attacks by around 1440. I get hit 10% of the time which is really good. I have been killing the blackstones and boggans but with blackstones slightly higher hit ratio compared to boggans.

Seems to be working fine for me
