
I think most of your issue is clan dynamics. There may already be enough druids in each clan for them to support. Several player now play alt druids and leveling is less of an issue because they have a dps main.
The basic truth that is possibly revealed here is ever clan only need 1-2 DPS druids. Because druid dot spells do not stack this greatly reduces their viability in groups and on bosses. Lightning and Storm are our only two dps spells that can contribute 100% of the time to dps.
The same is also true with healing. There really is not a need for more than 4 druids on any give boss. Your heals are maxed based on the tanks volume of health. More heals do not get you any advantage.
But could any clan have too many rogues?
Can you have too many warriors, rangers, or mages?
Think about it...
Is 20 Rogues better against Morty or is 20 Druids better...
Not even a discussion really

None of the other classes are limited in the way druids are limited.
Plus all our dps it linked to our energy and has double the cost of mages.
So basically we are the weaker class....
Get over it.
