I agree that group leveling is the best way to go. I have found it is hard to get a good balanced group from levels 145 to 150.
Because the xp varies so much based on the level of the person killing its hard to keep groups happy for a long time. I ended up solo (dual log) leveling from about 144 to 150 just to get it done. While I occasionally help people out I have not attempted to level spitfire since reaching 150.
