Video, take a video of 20 sec of dumping dps on a target I would probably say arena where a Druid could heal yer target and go over the video later to count the exact dps laid out. That's really the only way to confirm officially.

There was this I posted a long time ago. Idk if the numbers are still accurate because subsequent patches may have changed these skills or the formulas.
