I agree read Tea's post it's very informative. To level a Druid fast I think the most important things to level are vines and lighting first. Make sure you put all points into vitality and focus. With focus always being about 40% higher. Nature magic you don't really need to train much because you will heal plenty when you get to boss fights and it will level briskly once you get to this stage. Add points to meditate if you have no rejuv item.
Some say dex is good for reducing interruption of in-combat-heals. This is strickly optional and depends on what you believe. I personally like a little dex but don't want to take away to much from my focus.
