Buffs

I think Abundance and Bark are great and use them non stop for leveling. I am only just getting wards.
What I notice is that most skills throughout the game do not scale our own stats or at the same rate as the mobs, meaning that our toons actually get weaker and weaker as we level, relatively speaking. This has been observed in many posts in many ways.
Specifically, abundance continues to be great on dps, but useless on a tank. This is great if you are duo leveling with dps and useless for anything else... Cept maybe the Druids own health. It useless, more or less, in rotation on tanks in boss fights since you are only going to buff them for an extremely small percentage of their base health. I know this has been noted elsewhere. I have a simple proposal... Simple in theory at least.
It is probably not possible, but I would like to see some of these buffs changed to % values, rather than absolute values, since the absolute values are not scaling. This would mean that our Abundance would buff the target for X% of their hp, % value depending on amount of skill put into it. I think this might work for several other support skills as well, but is most noticeable on Abundance.
The downside is that this would effectively be a nerf for buffing dps classes for duo leveling, unless it was something along the lines of 1%=1 skill pt. That would still let the Druid meaningfully self buff if they invested the points. It would also make the impact on low level toons less, thus diminishing the Druid as a power leveling source for lower toons.
The scaling is a larger issue overall and applies to almost all attacks and buffs as far as I can tell. This would not solve that. The o ly reasoning I can see for this, if it is indeed intended at all, is that it requires more and more grouping as you level.
