Sometimes my natures touch gets interrupted and other times not please help!!

So it doesn't work like light heal for rangers?

all skills can be interupted.

I know that but for example sometimes my natures touch doesn't get interrupted(while being hit) and other times not(while being hit) why??

Not at all, also tried turning auto off because I thought it was interfering but still had no affect

Natures touch get's interrupted a lot when a mob is attacking you.
Note that the eye boss has an area freeze. So when it happens at that location your probbably frozen
