Sigils definitely work in the lava area. I was worried about that first time I fought Lava Lord but your all good.

They defanitely work on the lava, but because you are in and out of combat because of the lava damage.... They don't work as well... Just buy some restos... Like you said...
I think you lose like 2/3 of you sigil power or something...

Like Savg says, sigils stop and restart constantly on Lava.
Anyone dependent on sigils will see serious energy crux issues on lava.
