Reflex Skill

I'm having some trouble advancing my reflex skill. I can't see to use/advance it. Any advice?
Go into shalemont camp and make some Connacht trappers attack you. They will cast bolas on you raising your reflex skill.
For a faster option, go into the arena with a ranger and have them cast bolas and entangle on you. Bloodgrove Druids root skill works too.
