Well, it depends on your build. Druids primarily have three builds: healer, hybrid, and dps. It also depends on if you are able to get platinum or not. Because I do not have an extreme amount of experience with a druid, I should probably let someone else give a better description of the builds. So I'll do my best to give a quick overview of healer, because it's the build I play.
Healer:
Healers have most points in focus, with enough in vitality to get them through the occasional aggro switching period where the mob can get a few attacks in before it focuses on other members of your group. The skills primarily leveled are Natures Touch (usually maxed), Natures Embrace (almost maxed), Shield of Bark (Almost maxed), Natures Breath (About halfway, mainly used in the Otherworld), Abundance (About half) and Meditate (As much as you need to be well stocked on energy). I also use the Calm skill but keep it at level 1. This is what I usually do with my skills, not included all the different Lures. For gear, it depends on if you can get plat or not, but with plat I would recommend Diamond or Spiritshadow armor, a diamond icon with a Master's grim, a heroic ammy of rejuvination, a camouflage charm, and whatever rings and bracelets you find suite you.
Hope this answered your questions.
