Group Heal Skill

I just made a druid and was wondering if you had to be lvl 55 to get the group heal???

Group heal is the pages quest. I think the one in the tavern gives it to you.

Ok then that is the lvl 55 one. And where is the one in the castle, and what skill is it?

Run around for a little bit.
They are pretty easy to find. It's been 7 or 8 months since I found it but I'm sure it was easy enough you can probably do it too

The skill in castle is storm touch, the person that gives you quest is right near the entrance of the castle near a well. This quest requires the red book cover and bindings
