staff-136-not max
my nature heal is-123
bandage is-52
is this any good and remember im lvl 17 lol

Good is maxed, yours are not.
And one advice: try going for totem instead of staff as soon as possible, buy the cheapest and get the ability in Stonevale at the villadge. Staff has no future, and you would want to skill your totem instead.

ZorG, is complely right. I made the mistake of going with a staff bought the best staff i could get. Got the abilitie up to its 400's and someone stole my staff. So then instead of going and buying a totem i used the broom i purchased and trained my Novelty abilitie got it up to 400. Then (heres the ironic part) I get my warden weapon witch happens to be a totem.
But for my advice
Go with totem as soon as possible like ZorG mentioned staff has no future. And you dont need to focus on your first aid unless you use Meditate. (witch a reguve amulet abd some sigils you dont need meditate.

Totem- 111/760
Novelty- 398/760
Staff- 437/760
Current heal- touch is 454 embrace is 69
