Energy Harvest

This skill says you can take energy from a "target".
I wonder if you can take from a friendly target? I'm sure everyone will LOVE that. :/
Imagine an aggragoth fight. Druids healing the tank while tank is surrounded by tamers. Tamers run out of energy (and stop casting that horrible heal spell). Will druids still be able to harvest energy from them? Will we have to leave the tank, run up to aggra while avoiding his aoe and assuming we can target him quickly enough, harvest a bit of energy and then run back to the tank?
This new skill isn't sounding very good...

Get the skill before deciding it's crap lol
I'm curious if it steals energy from enemy or from friendlies , either or could make for some awesome twists.

You can only take energy from enemies.

From "Hostiles" as in enemies

Yes, so either monsters(using energy harvest on them is considered a hostile action and will pull the mob), or another player in PvP.

I know some mages that could get pretty "hostile" if a Druid tried to take some of their energy

Anyone find this skill yet.
I checked druid stores and could not find.
Must be a drop but not sure at what level and what zone

I know some mages that could get pretty "hostile" if a Druid tried to take some of their energy
