I have seen 1 person in Rosemerta that has it, where in the world those it drop! People say it drop at Firblog 170+ But I know people lvl there all day all nigth so I got to ask. Anyone know where it dropped last?

I've seen it dropped twice at boggans area.

I got 2 books: with Scamp and with boggans.
Energy harvest is a good skill when we are soloing but ask many skills points to be enought to support fight skills.
For full healer i think meditation is better.
