I am a lvl 135 druid in belenus. And was wondering which dps skill is more of use to you guys, the lighting strike or strangleing vines skill.? I have a grand ring for both and cant seem to choose which one is better than the other.

Both are good but vines are probably better in the long run.

I prefer vines myself. Smaller energy consumption given the fact it only needs cast once and unless a mob evades the casting it always deals damage. Just more dependable in my opinion.

I use vines, swarm and lightning. I prefer them in that order. Although swarm does more damage on most bosses than vines vines lasts longer and is cheaper

It depends on what you want to do. If you're planning on farming a lot, go with strike. If you plan on dealing more damage to bosses, go with vines. I prefer strike because I have it maxed at level 50 with aggy rings, and it's where most of my dps comes from. Especially with the reduced cooldown, it's probably my favorite skill.

I would say it is about what rings you have.
Vines is slightly better but only if you cast it right away. On mobs in leveling groups, if you don't get it casted at start then it doesn't have enough time to make much difference. You need time to regain the energy loss. Lightning you get what you see.
I prefer lightning because I have the rings for it.

Vines for sure.. At lvl 165 with 1311 foc and vines at 47/35 the description says 2511 per tick, that is some serious dps...
