Celtic Heroes

I heard it increases all skill resistances, which sounds valuable, yet I never see it recommended. How good is it?

Only time bless is useful is when ur bossing. Cast it on tank and he will have decent skill evasions but not really worth the points if ur still leveling or not bossing a lot.

See the bless thread in general discussions. Many of us can't tell if it works even when maxed. I think it actually may be bugged.
