Sad Findings on Nature Magic ability boost.

So I have finally gotten full dragon Armour (First male too I thk, pics below) and I decided to see what exactly does +1200 nature ability does to our skills.

Bonus from highest to lowest:

1) Lighting: 238
2) Vines: 158
3) N.Touch: 105
4) Bark: 18
5) S.Touch: 16
6) Abundance: 15
7) H Wind / Breathe: 11
8) A.Aura: 8
9) Embrace: 7
10) Wards: 2
11) Bees: 2
12) E harvest: 1
13) Sanctuary and Bless: 0

Considering 1200 nature magic ability is equivalent to 120 levels. The bonuses we get is seriously O.M.G. I understand I am sitting at 1840 nature ability with my level but this is a damn shocker!

Excluding the first 3 skills, the remaining bonuses are so little and pathetic, it leaves us nothing to imagine with future levels and grinding. Granted we can add more skill points to make it 50/50 maxed. I am still shock in particular to :
A) Damage Skills - Bess +2 and storm +20 compared to lighting and vines. (Hello?)
B) Support Skills - Very miserable increases, Wards + 2, Embrace +7, Breathe + 11 (Joking rht?)
C) E Harvest - The number 1 skill meant to solve our energy problems + 1 (Lol?)
D) Sanctuary and Bless - Main shocker skills. There are zero increases with either focus or nature magic abilities (Bugged, I reported it: http://www.celtic-heroes.com/forum/view ... =7&t=37306)

So in conclusion, 1200 nature ability may seem like a wow factor but it really gives crap bonuses. I rather have the 320 heat damage (DPS druids) or the 600 defense (support druids)

Im sad
Who here thinks OTM may have made a mistake on the bonuses? In particular to Wards, Harvest, bees and Storm touch?
Also, I doubt I am wrong on my findings but please notify me if I am wrong indeed.

Another finding to add to your sig...

Have these skills been tested all at the same level?

ie all skills at lvl 1 or 40?

Whats the point in abilities then...

I was planning to do them on the same level but it gets too confusing. (Lv 1 lighting adds 45 whereas lv 35 adds 88 etc)
Also, skill levels doesn't matter as yr adding nature magic ability bonuses on to it.

PS: I have done the maths on the skill bonuses versus nature magic abilities. For instance, gloves gives + 5 lighting skills and + 100 nature magic. So I unequip it and compared whats + 200 nature magic versus + 150 nature magic to determine + 100 nature magic. U get the drift.

And yes yr rht, I am sad on the bonuses... Granted theres rumors on abilities helps in mobs lesser evasions on our skills, this is not relevant for support druids. Granted there are certain druids who would appreciate every squeeze of boost on their support capabilities. This is still too low....

Grats on the armour. Looks great! Wow those bonuses are pathetic. :( Im so sad to see that. Our clan is working so hard to get dragon armor and level, but its really lame that there is little to gain on a druid with the best in game armor. I just turned level 170 and really notice no difference from when i was 150 as far as support things go. My heals are about the same for example. :(

I basically need to be damage oriented to notice any difference.

I think alot of might be a nature magic platau? Or some spells are just bugged.

Im really hoping OTM listens and makes a druid worth leveling.

ya a little off topic but similar, I got my Dragonlord Circlet today and in taking off my Crown of Sorcerer all my skills went down (except breath of course). Its very obvious now but I wasnt aware how much more focus is worth then Natures Magic. 90 Focus > 200 natures magic :?:

Well it does make your skills hit more often yes? If you're dps anyway.

i hope your joking with saying the nature magic is a waste...

with my nature magic on 1800, spider boss evaded 50% of my skills.
with my nature magic on 2700, spider boss evaded 20% of my skills.
this is quite a boost in dps, even tho after 2500 nature magic doesnt do much difference anymore.

also on the focus=>nature magic:
50 focus equals approx 250-300 nature magic.

Not sure if you referring to me but if so, I did mention nature magic seems to help in lessening mobs evasion but this is of little comfort or use for support druids. I am a dps druid myself but I admit and reasonably believe that majority of druid players are support druids (most of the time)

So linking this to the actual bonus, 1200 nature magic ability boost is really crap for support druids. Disappointed to say the least

I've noticed that i hit closer to my max damage when i add Fire/Ice items. I believe it reduces the damage gap, though not as helpful to a druid as a mage with lure of magic

Also, roots and howling winds are both support skills that benefit from less evades.
