I would definitely max bark and touch for sure and embrace since bolgs do hit hard. Other skills are up to you, but If I were u, I would level druid to 120 before dualing with ur mage because most likely, the heals from from a lvl101 druid wont be able to keep up on 165+ mobs

As jugg said go with maxed bark, touch and embrace. Also a maxed abundance can be really helpful, especially for mages with low hp. The combination of bark and abundance can turn your mage into a mini tank. IMO the combination of those 4 skills are the best choice for an outta group heal and buffer. Also might want to start putting some more in vit so your druid can survive a couple of hits should he gain aggro because of heals and buffs. Also like jugg said get him to 120 so you can go to 30/30 on skills.

these guys are spot on.
lvl 120 for 30 skill
bark max
embrace max (rings for embrace better choise then for touch)
abu max
touch max
maybe rest of points into howling wind, personal favorite.

My exact build atm, hate being dps. Too many evades and energy costs...

I prefer to use calm instead of HW for spare points as HW is only useful when maxed, calm great for those times when you get aggro when healing
