Totem? Dragonstaff?

I have a lvl 20 druid for pvp.... I was considering buying a totem... Where is the Totem Trainer and should I buy it or rather buy a dragonstaff....

Totem trainer is at Stonevale Farm. I'd recommend it so you can get an offhand weapon
