Only thing I can tell you: you need meditate because you have no energy regen.

a big problem with meditate is that you go into combat as you heal someone thats in combat. Meditate is still somewhat effective but id suggest getting harvest nrg asap. its one thing to have to harvest and go into combat but if you heal your gonna go into combat anyways so you might as well replace some nrg while your at it. more energy better than not being able to cast a heal. I started a new druid on rhiannon server called mabonkhaine to test this out. only problem is that i dont have harvest yet lol

I never used meditated after update, but I know that recuperate works in combat so I think meditate works, too.

is works to some degree. you wont get the full benifits of it do. i noticed this on my warrior who has only 20 focus but uses mostly skills to dps. When i dont meditate, i run out of energy fast on him even with 55 regen gear

Neither meditate or recuperate work while in a combat stance, the change that was made by OTM was simply that both skills no longer cancel completely when entering combat. So the icons stay active but no benefits while in combat stance..

Recuperate does not work in combat only during DoT damage when your not being attacked by a mob
