hi im not new to this game but im new to the druid class. i was wondering what level you have to be to get natures breath and from where do you get it?

Unless it's been changed, Breath is the skill you get from completing a quest that begins in the Tavern.

You will need pages, a book cover and book bindings.

I got it before they patched in the level requirement so don't quote me... but I think it is now a level 45 quest.

I agree with Dersu on this: the level requirement is (to my knowledge) 45, and the quest to get storm touch stars at 55.
