Depends on your level. If you are below level 70 I would say don't bother, because not many mobs use skills below that level. Once you start fighting stonevale druids and otherworld eyes it may be worth using. But it really depends on what gear you have and what stat points you are using, and if you are soloing or grouping. I'd say it's a decent skill depending on what you are doing with it.

I have really been on the fence about Bless - have both rings and +5, that being said, I am only level 75. Do you think it is worth it for me to keep? And when do you think it is most effective? I really appreciate what you have to say about it.
