Energisation. Imo get the druid event armour items, there good.

Personally, for my druid I went with the Wizard Crown; purely for the focus boost. Although I mainly used it to boost heals, it incrementally added to an attack boost on my skills. However if you want to reduce regen time, Energisation would be the way to go, to give you that extra energy regen for more skill attacks.
