CTT (Can't Touch This) PvP Build

#1
Disclaimer 1: This is not intended to be a practical pvp build; I wanted to share the craziest, most unconventional and expensive build I could think of.

Disclaimer 2: I haven't tested this yet. I have the items for it, but I haven't got a level 100 alt.

The Untouchable PvP Build
Must be: Mage or Druid, at least level 100
Recommended: Less than level 115. This build loses efficacy at higher levels.
Requires at least 5 million gold in items.
"Dat 2200 evade tho"

Stats (both classes)
3 to 2 ratio for focus to vitality.
Dex not recommended.

Skills
Fire mages max fire attune, fire bolt, fire storm. Split remaining points on energy shield and fire lure. Round up on fire lure. Preferably, use a 75 focus ring and 3 skill rings or all 4 skill rings.
Ice mages max ice attune, ice shards, ice blast. Split remaining points on energy shield and ice lure. Round up on ice lure. Same advice on the rings.
Druids max vines, bees, bless, and abundance. Same advice on rings.

Abilites
You must max all abilities—fire magic/ice magic/nature magic/all evasions—except these:
Novelty (recommended but not mandatory).
Hand to Hand.
First Aid.

Gear
Armor: Full meteoric is best. If you don't have full meteoric, full otherworld opal armor with a 70 focus crown is ok as well. Shadow armor is not recommended due to no resistances, even though a full set adds +570 to all evasions.
Weapons (you need all): Shalebone Arctic Stormskimmer (Ice Prison skill), Celestial Dragonstaff (+1000 to all evades), Level 110 Dark Aggy Grim of Flame/Frost/Magic (or other focus weapon)
Offhand: Focus of the Seer (200 focus)
Ammy: Icecrystal Pendant of the Storm's Eye (100 focus)
Misc Charm: Icecrystal Brooch of the Hearth (250 attack, 500 health, 250 energy)
Bracelets: Two bracers of cloaking (each gives +350 to all evasions)
Rings: Icecrystal Band of the Magus (75 focus) with 3 appropriate royal skill rings, OR 4 royal skill rings

Rotation
1. Before a duel, equip the dark aggy book (or other focus weapon) and focus seer.
2. With weapons on, cast buffs. For mages, that's attunement and energy shield. For druids, bless and abundance.
3. Switch to the skimmer. Equip Ice Prison and wait for it to cool down (60 seconds). After 1 minute, recast any buffs that will expire soon (like energy shield).
4. Send a duel request, or engage in arena combat. When the duel/fight starts, immediately freeze your target with Ice Prison.
5. Quickly switch to the dragonstaff. You should now have over 2200 for each skill evasion. (1000 from staff, 700 from both bracelets, at least 500 from abilities)
6. If you are a mage, cast lure and your two attack spells. If you are a druid, cast vines and bees.
7. Once you have finished casting, run out of attack range on your dragonstaff. If in castle, be careful not to run so far away that you lose the duel.
8. If you are a druid, just keep running away, staying out of attack range (kiting). If you are a mage, time your running path perfectly so that you get back into attack range once an attack spell has cooled down. Keep running out of attack range, running back in, and casting spells.

Strengths and Weaknesses
Weak vs: Full vit tank warriors and full str auto attack rangers
Strong vs: Everyone else
Predicted win rate vs players ±20 levels: 99%
% of health expected to have at the end of fight: 90%+
Total gold value of lux items and mounts (shop value): At least 5 million

Reasons why you will win almost every time:
1. The skill ability of an opponent around level 110 will be about half of your skill evasion ability. That's untouchableness.
2. You will have a huge advantage by damaging/weakening your opponent from the start. While your opponent is frozen and you're casting spells, they also can't hit you.
3. You will be running around on an 80% mount, outside of your opponents attack range.

Reasons why you will lose?
1. Lag.
2. Opponent uses hax.
3. You're feeling nice.

But you have to wait for the cooldown of Ice Prison before hand. Unless you cast attune/shield then switch to staff and wait one minute before dueling someone hoping they accept straight away. O.o

And yes, you can wear two.

When I'm in castle, I hover on my stormskimmer mount with Ice Prison cooled down and ready. When someone I think I can easily beat sends me a duel request, I cast my buffs on my staff and accept the duel. When it's someone I can't beat in two hits (cough, vit/tank warriors, cough), I whisper "wait a min" and do the switching to focus weapons/switching back to staff routine.

You don't have to switch and wait 60 seconds. You can just buff on the skimmer if you're confident that you can win anyway, or are just too lazy.

You also don't need all the equipment listed above. Like, it's ok if you don't have a 500 health brooch. It's just better if you do.

Try to pvp a high level tank. They are the CTT pvp build. Not mage or druid. I know high level druids can kill opponent in PvP by casting swarm and vine but not before they die first. Mage, once the e-shield is broken, is dead meat. Warrior tanks are the true ctt pvp. That is why I never duel a high level tank. The freeze from the stormskimmer buys you time but if your opponent has very high hp, you will be defeated. I can get my HP to as high as 7k with all vit and at that hp level, the freeze doesnt matter to me. when I killed you in pvp the other day, my hp was only 5K. You did bring my hp down quite a bit but not enough to kill me before I killed you when the freeze time out.

Those high level tanks that you speak of are why it's recommended that anyone who actually does the CTT build stays below level 115.

You are absolutely right: high level full vit tanks are monsters in pvp. It think it is possible to get 10k+ hp with the end game gear, without any buffs.

However, a tank around level 110 lacks access to the extremely OP items (dragonlord shield, godly sunfire health rings, anthach resist charms, dragonlord armor, aggragoth/mordy/necro bracelets, and the badass end game spears).

It is still be possible to defeat level 110 warriors because the untouchable build involves running around with 2200 skill evasion.
