Here is my attempt at a 100/110+ Hybrid Skill and Stat guide, with some gear tips.

Stats: I don't quite have a stat thing to go by, but a decent amount of dex (50 should be good), enough vit points for at least 1k health, and the rest to focus.

Gear (Armor): I use the highest tear Shadow peices I have, as the focus bonus adds to skills, the evasions help somewhat, and I have found the cloak to be really helpful.

Skills: (I am listing the bonuses that the skills should add, not the actual points, as that can vary due to your personal gear, stats, and abilities.)First off, I keep natures touch at 1. This is for it to be uniterruptible, and as I don't have to use it TOO much, I find it fine there.
Embrace, I keep it at around 80, maybe higher as you level more, for decent healing.
Bark at around 200, for the armor that us Druid need SO much.
Abundance adds about 400 for me, the extra health is helpful, in many situations.
Strike is 900 damage (around that area) and I do cast only if needed.
Vine, 600. My Main source of dps!
Wind takes away around 1000 attack for me. (Keep in mind I have rings for some of these skills)
Shroud Of Spirits: This is a cloak spell, dealing damage to each mob that attacks you for a specific amount of time. These points are added by your shadow armor.
Keep calm ready! When group levelling or bossing, this has saved me from many deaths.
