Max vit bark embrace abundance and calm because your dps will suck so you'll have to calm others

The issue with tanking is being able to hold aggro. I've found casting bark and winds can semi-regularly cause a druid to gain aggro. Keeping it is another story.

Yep vines has a lot of aggro and so does stinging swarm
Try bark, embrace, touch, and strangling vines and stinging swarm
Also do 5 vit because ur a tank....

I'm not familiar with Pyro, sorry.
My results have been different in regards to vines and swarm. Swarm maybe but only because it has aoe. But I've noticed that casting winds and bark will get a creature attacking me. I can repeatedly cast vines and swarm and a creature won't even bat an eye at me. There are two exceptions-I'm the lowest lvl in group or my vines are more damaging than the skills/spells others are using.
The other thing is the stronger your focus, the stronger your spells. Not putting any points in focus will lessen the impact of your spells and will make it less likely the creature attacks or keeps attacking you... Thus negating your role as a tank.
My suggestion - 2 Foc and 3 vit or at least 1 point in focus

stat for druid as tank is a lot of vit...
3 vit per lvl, dex at least 200 for HW, a lot of regen energy from gear
skill :
max stinging swarm
max bark
max hw
max embrace
dont max touch, you dont need it...
other druid will heal you

if you are going to be a tank I suggest a buid of 4-1 vit-focus. bark is a musthave. the problem is that once your bark begins to disappear its hard to recast because it keeps getting interrupted. in any case, max bark, natures touch, and embrace. and calm so that if you loose agro u can cast calm on the person with it so the boss or mob would switch back to you. its not practical to be a druid "tank" if you like this kind of gameplay I suggest becoming a warrior.
anyways have fun! hope you are successful at whatever you are doing!

ahah thanks all for the replies...
@Zyz: if you're the Zyz of Fingal, we played together... i was Pyro Maniac, and you were in RESISTANCE with Underblue... maybe you remember the guy who has never been in a clan.. refusing all invitation from Resistance, Savages and so..
@Cross: recasting bark will not be a problem at all with the gear i own i can

i know warrior is better at tank ahaha thank you i'm not so noob, but i like doing strange things that usually people don't understand and i'm familiar with that ahaha
