For a low level solo druid is it best to go with Roots or Bark? Other skills i plan to use is natures touch, vines, and strike. Keep in mind I just started so i don't have lux or sigils yet.

I used roots from 180-190. It's slow though, especially when roots evades. But it's useful when you rely on sigils to regen your energy. You won't need to use any restos!
Bark is good, but it gets interrupted very easily. If you were going to do bark, I would also suggest putting some points in Dex and using howling wind too. You also need to make sure that the enemy is dead before you run out of energy so either maximize your damage or start using resto pots.
