Celtic Heroes

I've run into a huge dilemma (don't worry, it's not hurt...):

I'm a level 112 hybrid druid and need to get myself some serious regens and/or a heavy-hitting offhand. I have about 380k, for which I've worked really hard, although I'd rather not spend it all in one go if I can help it. Basically, I want to finish drawn-out fights faster, but I have no idea what's the best or possible option(s) instead of or in addition to the Focus of the Seer I currently use. Obviously, what I buy has got to pretty much see me through to level 150 and a bit.

Advice, recommendations or insights welcome.

Since you already have a focus maybe get a earth talisman and a 10 tick lvl 50 energy brace (required you buy both from players)

I was admiring the necklace as an option... But I hadn't actually considered a 10 tick bracelet on top.
