Hello! At level 60 you shouldn't be able to max 5 skills.. Are the points spread out? If so, you should instead focus your skill points into 3-4 skills.

At your level I would suggest dropping swarm.. It does way too little damage and costs way too much energy. Bring Lightning Strike, Strangling Vines, and Sheild of bark to a base of level 20 (so your rings will bring the skills to levels higher than 20). From there, place all your remaining points into Nature's Touch, and as you advance through the levels continue to improve Touch.

Your gear is good, remember to start on the Warden Armor quests.

The 3/2 ratio of stat points is good as well: stick with it.

If you have any questions, do ask!

I loved swarm at lvl 60. I could kill most things with maxed swarm and strike before I even cast vines. If it's causing you energy issues then drop it, if it's not, keep it.

If possible, buy as many energy sigils as possible (they go for 5K per crate on my world). This will save you from buying regen lux and allow you to use those spots for equipment to enhance your skills.
