I have 50 points in touch, and I have occult boots and robe...
What other enhancements can I do to increase my natures touch?

In the past there was event gear which added directly to touch... this would be awesome, but I only have a little

Does anyone have any tips for improving my touch?

1) Increase Focus
2) Increase Nature Magic
3) Get Hrungnir Helm, Mordris Bracer

Get a skull, even with a dark one you're effectively increasing your heal over time by 20%.

Unforunately there is limited gear available to boost natures touch if you missed those events. Event occult is kind of a bust as you will find it quite difficult to stay up on most edl bosses without chaos resist bonus.

well theres stuff like Spiderweb touch rings , Drake braces..9/9-10-10 spider charm (or +120 sunfire nature touch charm)...totem for focus is good...lux offhand..
