Which mobs drop Rems, Tablets and Crystals for Cosmic Armor?

I have quests for:

Cosmic Cowl (I need):
3 Green Remnants of Metal

3 Fire Tablets of Granite

(I have Yellow Common Meteoric Crystal)


Cosmic Sandals (I need):
3 Green Remnants of Rock

3 Earth Tablets of Granite

(I have Lesser Meteoric Crystal)

If someone could please let me know which mobs drop and mob location I would greatly appreciate it.

And if anyone can give me a heads up to which mobs drop and mob location for the rest of the cosmic armor quests like torso, leg, hand, and weapon that would be awesome.

I don't have 'chat' in game so I am unable to ask anyone and I do not belong to clan because I can't chat lol.
