Another Question for Endgame Druids

Do you think a dark gele totem (nature touch/nature breath) is worth using over a dark breath/touch skull?
Gele totem stats:
Adds 540 to nature touch
50 sec cool down - 2000 heal skill
180 focus
600 HP
Skull
+9 to skill
500 odd energy
20% recast

Has an extremely low drop rate but a dark gele totem dropped a week ago.

Hasan extremely low drop rate but a dark gele wand dropped a week ago.
Too bad a druid can't use it
