Energy Harvest – Dropped by monsters in Carrowmore Tunnels??

I know the Energy Harvest tome is dropped by monsters in Carrowmore Tunnels however I have killed tons of boggins and other mobs trying for tome and no luck. Is there a certain mob or level of mob that I need to be fighting? I can't chat on game due to chat bug so I can't buy from other players, please help.

Are you sure sure sure it drops in carrow? And not an ow boss or in the sewers? Because I'm not sure lol. I am sure however that you can prolly buy it cheap.

Energy harvest is one of the most useless skills... Don't invest any time with it.
