Celtic Heroes

Seems like at low lvl vines don't do as much dmg at lvl 13 like it used to and I make alotta alts I used to do almost 100 dmg by that lvl before now I only make 46 maxed and only mostly do 15 dmg with it? I thought vines used to be better then this at lower lvls? Or I may just not be that observant lol.
