regen spells.

Just a fleeting thought, which i thought i would post on druid forum...and that htought is the existence of healing spells which boost health regen AND DO NOT FAIL IN COMBAT. sounds like its such a sick spell they will never allow it in order to have some class balance, but if you think a about it it doesent have to be active for very long, maybe 30secs (if its per tick then thats balanced).

P.S. though i may have a 40+ druid im not really your resident druid player, so apologies if theres something i dont know that provides a catch to my idea or something.
