H2h or new stave of tempest?

Which gives better dps for mages? H2h melee mages or the new staves of tempest? My Mage at level 60 has 73 damage with my staves of tempest and it's novelty ability is only at level 200. Meteor wand only gives like 40-50 magic damage I think so the new winter wand already has better dps than meteor but is it better dps than h2h?

Debi - Go h2H if you have the money to invest. If you have access to earthstone armor you'll fly through levels and it will be viable damage at high levels as well. Tempest wand won't be worth using past 100 most likely.
