I saw a Druid casting eboost, is that a skill bug or something?!

Back when the game was new, Energy Boost was only sold from the Mage vendor but lacked a class specification. So non-Mage players would buy them from Mages and be able to use them. OTM fixed this mistake but allowed players that had already purchased the skill to keep it.
