I want to know from lv 135+ spellcaster mages whether they run out of energy with a maxed e boost and firebolt during long boss fights (>30 mins) without sigils.

probably not, theyd most likely have end game regens..

i have no sigils ,
/ice shard 34/30
/fireball 37
/ lure fire 24
/ lure ice 15
/e boost 30 (146 energy per tick )

and i dont run out of energy
rejuvs
book 15
heroic rejuv 20
crown 15
bracelet 10

and i take the kill 80% of the time
my bad point s cloack , only 21 because i need 9 more lvls lol

If I have e shield as well, will I run out during a fight?

I can tell you that if I go dps I can burn about 3000 energy a minute with no problem.
A lot more if I tried. Eshield can be a problem but in long fights your probably gonna have a tank so you should not need it.
The real problem with energy is people don't want to make the tradeoffs to make it work.

I have about 1000 sigils and still use pots for energy if I take agro.

yes i will if i use it
but i have a grand ring so i use it lvl 5
if you get a aggra bracelt +5 e shield , you can go +9 without puting points into
imo e shield snt really good , its just a abundance...

eshield prevents interrupts and adds considerably more points then abundance.
