Hi all
Is Firestorm or Iceblast better? I've seen the patch notes on OTM website saying that they nerfed iceblast by like 45%... But my friends say iceblast is still better. I've tested them both OU and thy have abt same cast time. But which does more dmg?

i hit 5k with it on lvl 170 mobs at lvl 47 with attune 40

#5Ice blast dmg was better before the nerf, but Firestorm always had the better cool down and energy cost
