I would first like to apologize if this question/topic has already been asked/posted before.
Since there had been changes made to the damage dealt by mage spells, I would like to know which spells would be best to use for an Ice and Fire build, as well as the best offhand to use. Thank You.

Fire: firebolt and cloak are currently best skills of fire.
Ice: shards is ok, ice blast sucks, frostbite awesome.

So for ice + fire build I would suggest something like:

Max bolt
Max Frost
Max cloak

rest in lures and attunes if you want.

Those three are the 3 best dps skills I found, correct me if I'm wrong.

For offhand, grimmore if ur caster, fire/ice blade if u don't want to depend on skills too much.

I guess an Ice and Fire mage build is not a popular build. A pure Ice or Fire build would probably be more powerful than an Ice and Fire build.

I run fire build.

30/30 fire bolt
30/30 fire storm
29/30 fire attunement
17/30 lure of fire
17/30 energy shield
16/30 energy boost
16/30 lure of assassins

Not including rings. Works very well, better than how I find ice, especially after the massive damage reductions. This is my build at level 149, so at 150 the amount of skill points in each skill will obviously change around.
