I just wanted to know what sacrifice does.

Also how much damage does fire attunment add at 20/20? And lets say you do 80 damage to a goretusk and use fire attunment that adds 200 damage would you be doing 280 damage?

35/35 attune did another 500 extra damage for me (800 focus)
No,you need to bring down mobs resist to get higher damage ( even with a 34 fire lure my bolt hits half of the given damage but thats something else.)
I dont really know about sacrifice but my friend mage can insta heal +/- 600 energy with it.pretty awesome.

Sacrifice is the transmuting of health into energy in a short period of time, it emulates the firebolt cast time of Update 3 and previous and the cooldown is about 10 seconds total. It works very well at high focus and very well in groups with druids with abundance since they can increase your health above the natural, allotting yourself to use your health to increase your energy. It was a favorite for me when I did Ymir groups and I could only hope to do it again during training since it is somewhat better than energy boost. But at 1237 focus, 1950-1970 Ice magic, my sacrifice gives me 190 energy at the cost of 106 health. The health stays relatively the same as it levels but the energy given increases as you gain more focus.

Are you certain of this? Or was this pre-patch or something. My 32/30 attune gives 847 extra damage and I only have 778 focus...

My fire bolt does around 300-500 DMG (20/20) with fire attunement maxed, it does around 1000
