Would you guys recomend the dragon staff for mage? Instead of using an offhand would it be good?

The staff is great if u are a horrible skill evader and if u need some extra regens, or if ur super lucky to get some proc skills kicking in.

Otherwise I would recommend offhand, also, offhand if u have a tight budget (the celestial staff is 1 mil )

So if you could afford it would it be good to level fast and have no energy problems?

I personally like to use the 1m one.

It's good until you hit 130ish. The proc doesn't make that much of a difference, and could use more from focus from offhands.

One last question which would you rather have the speed and regen or focus and low regen. Because i was planning on having puré energy regen.
