Id like to know since im at the lvl to do the quest and wondering if its good.

It's ok but I don't recommend it, the best dps skill combo for fire is fire attune, bolt, storm, and lure.

inc is amazing for long fights, the energy cost is medium i would say, dmg per tick is decent, fire dmg, lasts for 20 secs but very short cooldown

as a friend of mine said, he got all aggy kills pre update with inc, crap for lvling tho, mage has nuking dmg, not much time for inc (maybe for very late solo lvling)

used firestorm, firebolt , lure , and inci to do 180-190

it does 1600-2000dmg at lvl 50 and its really useful when u evaded a skill and when the mobs has low hp , the inci finish it .
It s also freakin good for dps , atm i use freeze because others ppl need it so i droped inci , but i like it

For leveling, go with cloak of fire instead. Incin does cost a decent amount of energy and it isn't very useful for leveling when you are killing things in a group as you wont have enough time for it to do damage.

Cloak is better because you can farm with it. Farming is important.

Also, cloak is very useful at boss fights on the tank

i love incin i had it 39/35 and omg did i love it lol but that was update 3

Since tank kite , cloack s useless in bossfight , and at beginning of update , they boosted all dmg skills , but not the cloack , its 500dmg at lvl 50 , very useless , inci does 4x that dmg , on wyrms , my inci have the time to do dmg (only in solo)

Incen at 42 before nerf: 1632
After nerf: 1142
Actual damage before nerf 800-1500
After: 500-1040 (tested on lv140 boggan using lv20 fire lure)
