#1Have seen lux traders that open at higher levels such as 150 but is there one that opens at 120?

#2No. There's the Castle, OW, level 100 and 150 luxury item traders, and the level 140 and 160 armour traders.

#4no lux shops open at 120 but you can start gettin adamant and frozen and stuff at that level

#5No there is not. There is one at castle thats for amy levels 20k req to enter, Otherworld lux shop is for lvl 50+ with 25k req to enter, Theres 2 in carrowmore 1 for lvl 100+ items and other for 150+ items and you have to do an easy quest to enter.
