I would say Focus of the Seer because it adds Focus. Also, with your spare money, try to buy 1m Focus Ammy or a Aggy Grimoire (If you're 110+) from someone. These items will up your spell damage by a considerable amount.

If you don't not have a lot of regen gear or sigils use the mount, if u have regens and sigils use focus gear.

You will want the amulet because your main weapon should be snowbound cane until you get dragonlord wand. An aggy book, even a void, will do less dps than a snowbound cane with 100 cold damage and 1k cold snaps. You will want to match that snowbound cane with an elder or primal blade.

I auto over 200 each swing and on a haste, it is 200 damage almost every second with lots of frosty blows No aggy book will beat that damage output.

You can only cast 4 ice shards per minute, and 2.5 ice blasts per minute. So you're going to be doing a lot of standing around waiting for spell cooldowns. Instead of standing with your thumb up your nose, you could be using a purple snowbound cane to smack things around.


This is different for a boss. For dragon lord bosses, use aggy book and focus offhand. Stand as far as casting range allows you and move back when on cooldowns to let sigils work. Peace of cake.

I used mount till i hit 110 and acquired dark flame grim from aggy. Your damage will be better with seer and main hand but you will sacrifice the regen. I do know an ice mage who used her mill dragon staff till 150 ruffly tho.

the offhand has regen and focus, so if ur good with regen, the focus is better. Also u will be able to equip mainhand too, such as an aggy grim or rare wand for more dps
