I want to start up a new character and leave the past of my rogue behind as I've turned sour to the idea of being the most common class.
I want something with spice and challenge, which is... why I'm here.
I want to know: How fast they are at leveling
If you could put the difficulty on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most difficult, where would you put it?
How expensive are they on a scale of 1-10 10 being the most expensive!
Thanks,
Re: A Question about your class
#2Hey in regards to your question mages are quite frustrating to lvl at first with all the evasions I normally tell people to lvl with a fire build normally works well at lower lvls in a scale of 1-10 I'd say a 6-8 just my opinion though but as for cost I solo lvled both rogue and mage to lvl 190 my mage used over 4000 restoration pots from 180-190 where my rogue only used about 1000 also I had to spend up on sigils 1k health 1k energy with my mage where on my rogue I only had 250 health and energy. I have also watched a lot of solo lvling mages using a shield to help lower the cost of pots and idols but with the amount of Armour and defence lixes on the market would be a lot easier and less costly to level a mage now.

Re: A Question about your class
#3It's the most fun and 'important' class in my opinion. Two lures can make the difference between a 15 minute fight or a 8-10 minute fight.
You're a ranged class so you're not up close and personal getting smashed, and nukes are really satisfying to deploy.
But of course, the huge energy cost and lack of survivability makes hitting end-game a tedious task. Once you get there though, it's well worth it.
