#1I have a lvl 80 fire mage on balor looking to make an unbeatable pvp build. Atm I have 1m coins to work with.

#4My main account atm is a low lvl fire mage, and I can beat most people my level and a bit above (66-85) just because of my high health. I maxed attune, bolt and storm and put some into lure. I also threw some points into energy shield and cloak for the added dps and health. So remember, keep health high, it isn't all about focus...
Edit: Considering your high budget you will not have much competition, but stick with the usual hero ammy, grimiore offhand and a good firestorm rod if you have access to one. You should throw in some sunfire rings and skill rings if you have access to that stuff too.
