EDL offhand

So I just got EDL offhand.

The EDL skill does same damage as DL skill?

Also, I had to turn in conjurings instead of arcanes for it, even though quest said arcanes and runes.

Should be a bit more than 1500 bonus imo, considering how stronger Mordy, Hrung and Necro are from Aggy, I suppose Gelebron will be rather strong as well, and the bonus difference between EDL and DL compared to DL and Frozen is much lower, I hope it'll not be too tough...

The skill should be buffed the dl offhand does 6k also every offhand skill has a increase in damage but mages; already the skill is a 3min recharge
